This episode was so insightful, particularly for anyone suffering from IBD, IBS, Chron's disease, ulcerative colitis or any other gut issues. However, this is important for EVERYONE considering the fact that the GUT is a major part of attaining good health. Without great gut health we have nothing.
Mitchell Vickeridge almost died a few years back from his extreme condition. He has healed himself naturally and explored a plethora of healing modalities. He is now a coach, breathwork facilitator and gut health specialist. He is also the amazing co-founder of Cacao Collective with Yasmin Eve, the world's best ceremonial Cacao IMO!
We also discuss the direct link to the gut from the nervous system and trauma, and the many different layers of healing.
